Q1. How long does delivery take?
A: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Q2. When does the delivery time start?
A: The delivery time starts after your order is dispatched by our fulfillment partner.

Q3. Do you deliver to the United Kingdom?
A: No. Delivery to the United Kingdom is not available for orders fulfilled via our EU fulfillment partner.

Q4. What delivery methods are available in Germany?
A: Home Delivery only. Pick-Up / Locker delivery is not available in Germany.

Q5. What delivery methods are available in Austria?
A: Home Delivery only. Pick-Up / Locker delivery is not available in Austria.

Q6. What delivery methods are available in Romania?
A: Home Delivery is available. Pick-Up delivery is available via Sameday EasyBOX (up to 10 kg).

Q7. I selected Pick-Up delivery in Romania. What do I need to provide?
A: You must provide the EasyBOX Locker ID and/or full address in the field “Order special instructions” in your cart before checkout.

Q8. What happens if I don’t provide the Locker ID?
A: Your order will be placed on hold and cannot be dispatched until the missing information is received.

Q9. Do you deliver large furniture items?
A: Yes, but large items might be shipped via pallet delivery. We will contact you by email to arrange the delivery details.

Q10. Will I get a tracking number?
A: If tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch.

Pay securely with PayPal. You can pay by card — no PayPal account required. We accept PayPal and major debit/credit cards via PayPal checkout. After payment, you’ll receive an email receipt.
