Shipping & Delivery
1. Delivery region
We deliver only to supported countries within the European Union / European Economic Area (EU/EEA). Delivery to the United Kingdom is not available for orders fulfilled via our EU fulfillment partner.
2. Dispatch and estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and start after the order is dispatched by our fulfillment partner.
Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).
3. Delivery methods by country
Germany: Home Delivery only. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Austria: Home Delivery only. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Romania: Home Delivery and Pick-Up delivery are available. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
4. Pick-Up / Locker delivery (Romania only)
Pick-Up delivery is available only in Romania via Sameday EasyBOX (up to 10 kg).
If you select Pick-Up delivery, you must provide the EasyBOX Locker ID and/or full address in the field “Order special instructions” in the cart before checkout.

Orders placed without a Locker ID cannot be dispatched and will be placed on hold until the missing information is provided.
5. Large / bulky items (pallet delivery)
Large furniture items might be shipped via pallet delivery. In such cases, we will contact you by email to arrange the delivery details.
6. Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide it after dispatch.

Small order charge
Please note that our fulfillment partner applies a small order charge for orders with a product value below €3.00 (excluding delivery and VAT).
Orders below this threshold may incur an additional charge of €1.00 + VAT.
This charge is applied by the fulfillment partner and is not related to delivery costs or taxes.
